The City of Mobile is working with ADEM to improve the water quality in our local creeks and rivers. The City of Mobile's Storm Water Management Program Plan is implemented by numerous departments including Engineering, Public Works, Parks & Recreation, Build Mobile, GIS, 311, Equipment Services, Police Department and Fire & Rescue Hazmat Response.
